SALMON ARE SACRED!

As a member of www.salmonaresacred.org ; we as amateur artists are inviting everyone to join us to make a paper picture of a wild salmon and send it to be assembled with all participants to travel to government of province of B.C.  and country of Canada to raise our concerns for this dying species in our lifetime. There are no regulations to protect this vital form of food, let alone such a magnificent creature. First Nations have respected Salmon for millennia.

Could not artists honour this creature with our visual interpretations and documentations? Could we not gather and celebrate our respect at an Art conference in Victoria? Are there artists who want to be a part of this need to raise our talents and voices to such a beautiful creature which needs to be BORN AND LIVE FREE as it was intended.
